For Grupo HAME sustainability is the norm, it is the right way to do business. we have a Sustainability Policy that describes the criteria that establish an ethical and transparent behavior in all areas where we influence.
For Grupo HAME sustainability is the norm, it is the right way to do business. All our policies apply to our collaborators, managers, customers, suppliers, persons acting on behalf of the Group.
Based on a culture of transparency, we work with open doors and we are accountable by communicating results obtained from the programs, projects and initiatives implemented to all our stakeholders, for this reason we have different channels for sending the information, such as our Sustainability Plan and Progress reports on Sustainability Indicators by Quarter.
Organizational Chart for Sustainability
To address identified sustainability needs, we have developed an organizational structure responsible for establishing and implementing the sustainability strategy.
We rely on the involvement of the Direction for high-level decision making plus responsibility from the Subdirection of Sustainability, which extends to the actors in each operation.
Corporate Strategy
Committed to corporate sustainability we have a corporate strategy that promotes responsible labor, environmental and social practices.
We also have a Code of Values and Behaviors and Business Partners that reflects and preserves our conduct that is part of our culture and the way we do business.
